Introducing Rivendell, phase one of a luxury residential retreat.  The property is located along Jamaica’s undiscovered Southwest coast and is made up of seven ocean front parcels within the Parish of Westmoreland.  The site provides direct access to the Caribbean Sea with private beaches and docks for swimming, kayaking, jet skiing, sailing and snorkeling.  The area is surrounded by coral reef, making the water crystal clear with hues of blue and turquoise in all directions.  While staying at the property the local fruits, vegetables and seafood make eating a real treat.  The mangos are always amazing and a favorite!  At build-out, the property will consist of up to 20,000 square feet of living space (among three houses), two private beaches and docks, secured gated access, pools, jacuzzis, formal gardens, fruit tree groves, living space for on-site staff, helicopter landing space and tennis.

  1. Charlie – what are the future development plans for the property? Is the house available for rent?

    • John – A second house and guest house will be built next along with tennis and more gardens – eventually accommodating up to 30 people. The property is fully staffed, making staying there effortless. A private driver could get you there from the Montego Bay Airport in less than two hours or a helicopter could bring you directly to the site in less than 30 minutes. There has been discussion of renting the main house at some point but they would be selective – if you or someone you know is interested I could put you in contact with the owner. They are great people!
